1999 Mock Draft - after the Marshall Faulk trade. (4/16/99) Correctly naming 28 of the 31 first-round picks! Greg Mastin also had 28, but so far I have seen none better. Mel Kiper had 24, BS Sheet had 26, Ourlads had 25. Brian Allee-Walsh of New Orleans' Times Picayune had 27.
