New Orleans Artists Against Hunger and Homelessness is a formal 501-C-3 organization. Money is taken in by NOAAHH through several aspects of the musical events produced by the organizations.

Ticket Sales Our primary source of revenue is ticket sales to concerts, galas and other NOAAHH events.

Corporate Sponsorships and Underwriting Sponsorship of these events is also a source of income, and it also provides significant public exposure for the sponsor.

Auction Items Many celebrities kind to our cause donate personal items and art works which are auctioned at our various events.

Donations Many individuals and organizations make donations to NOAAHH throughout the year without participation in our events.

Event Beneficiary Many non-NOAAHH produced musical events occasionally generate funds that the producers want distributed to worthy, qualified charitable organizations. In these instances, NOAAHH functions as a foundation which assures efficient distribution of the funds.

Monies generated by NOAAHH are distributed through a grant application process. Under the guidance of NOAAHH president, Sr. Jane Remson, O. Carm., applications are reviewed and funds are allocated to qualifying organizations which feed and shelter the hungry and homeless. To date NOAAHH has distributed over $500,000 to these organizations.
